HyFiDress Workshop1 Managing large projects & obtaining international research funding

Now, more than ever, research is organized into projects. But what does this mean for researchers? In this workshop, you will learn how to plan, organize, and effectively manage research projects, considering both practical and necessary administrative tasks. This course will equip you with the skills to efficiently handle complex projects.

In this half-day hybrid workshop, you will gain insights into key project management concepts, terminology, and approaches. You will also learn to use industry-standard project management tools and techniques more effectively.

The workshop will be attended by professionals from universities collaborating on the project – JUNIA France. Special guests will include representatives from Belgium (Materia Nova, a technology accelerator), France (GEMTEX Laboratory), and Poland (Project Manager), all of whom have extensive experience in managing projects across both scientific and industrial ecosystems.
