WaterSense project honored with the SoDA Innovation Award 2025
We are pleased to announce that the WaterSense (ASIR) project, with the active involvement of CEZAMAT PW, has been awarded the prestigious SoDA Innovation Award 2025!
This recognition is a great honor and a testament to the fact that the innovations developed at CEZAMAT are meaningfully addressing today’s most critical environmental challenges.
As part of this initiative, we co-developed www.watermap.pl – an open-access platform designed to monitor and visualize water quality across selected locations in real time, supporting both awareness and action.
The WaterSense (ASIR) project is being carried out in collaboration with partners from the scientific and technological sectors, under the HYDROSTRATEG II program of the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR). CEZAMAT contributes unique research infrastructure and an interdisciplinary approach to developing technologies for a sustainable future.
The project was launched in September, and today, real-time water quality data is already available from our first monitoring sites – Lake Niegocin and the Dunajec River.
Stay tuned for further developments as we continue to expand the project and take bold steps toward groundbreaking environmental innovation.
