Molecular Characterization of Tumors in Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis (RRP) with Multifocal Malignant Transformation – pilot study.
Description
The aim of this project is to perform comprehensive molecular profiling using an integrated multi-omic approach – encompassing comparison of the genome, epigenome, and transcriptome from FFPE-derived DNA/RNA and peripheral blood leukocytes—of three tumors from a single patient: inverted sinonasal papilloma with transformation to carcinoma in situ, middle ear squamous cell papilloma with low-grade dysplasia, and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
