A technological line for research and production of experimental semiconductor devices.
Description
The entity-specific subsidy for financing the costs related to maintaining the scientific and research equipment/research station entitled: “Technological line for research and production of experimental semiconductor devices” is intended to balance expenses and enable undertaking new research topics, as well as conducting projects in cooperation with external institutions. This is a unique, the only technological line in Poland operating on 200 mm semiconductor substrates, which is a technological standard in large global research centers. This line is designed to allow conducting research and manufacturing in small series of electronic, photonic and hybrid devices, as well as MEMS/MOEMS, therefore it allows for the implementation of numerous national and international projects, including programs such as Horizon Europe or ERC grants. Innovative technological processes for companies are also developed within the scope of this technological line.
