Biography

Sachin Gadakh is a Bioinformatics Specialist at the Department of Microbiology, Molecular Genetics, and Genomics at the Centre for Advanced Materials and Technologies CEZAMAT in Warsaw, Poland. He brings extensive multi-omics data analysis, molecular modeling, and high-performance computing expertise to his role. Sachin is actively engaged in cutting-edge research, including the third-generation sequencing of 1000 Genomes Project samples and cancer datasets, focusing on analyzing methylation patterns and copy number variations. Concurrently pursuing a PhD at the Laboratory of Functional and Structural Biology, CeNT, his research centers on identifying structural variants and diploid genome assembly using advanced sequencing technologies. His proficiency in bioinformatics, particularly with Oxford Nanopore Sequencing Technology, is demonstrated through his work on diverse research projects across Poland, the USA, and India.
