Position title: Marketing/PR_Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with minimum of ten years of practical experience in Marketing & PR a high pace, technological environment. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at building a strong and modern CEZAMAT brand as an advanced technology center delivering breakthrough solutions. A key priority will be the effective communication of the tangible impact of CEZAMAT’s research and development activities, clearly demonstrating their practical applications and significance for the economy, society and national security.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a coherent, long-term marketing strategy based on modern standards applied by internationally operating organizations and ensure its effective execution.
• Prepare professional marketing materials, create modern and engaging social media content in line with a structured communication calendar, and coordinate CEZAMAT’s participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Build and strengthen CEZAMAT’s positive image in national, European, and industry media as a modern research and development center.
• Represent CEZAMAT in relations with international partners in the area of marketing and communications, including coordination of joint promotional initiatives and ensuring consistent messaging across international projects.

 

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in marketing within technology organizations and/or companies operating in international markets.
• Fluent in English and Polish required for daily work.
• Ability to explain complex scientific and technical topics in a clear and simple way, showing their real business value, practical applications, and impact on society
• Degree in Marketing
• High level of independence and proactivity in decision-making and execution.
• Experience in project and/or team leadership roles.
• MBA is a plus.
