Chief project specialist
European Research Infrastructure on Semiconductor Chips [akronim: INFRACHIP]
funded by the from Horyzont Europa (Grant Agreement Project 101131822 – INFRACHIP).
Location, Employment Form, and Conditions:
- Employment Type: employment contract or civil law contract (average commitment of 0.1 to 0.2 FTE during the contract period);
- Workplace: CEZAMAT PW sp. z o.o.;
- Contract Duration: Initial 3-month probation period, with a total contract duration to 31.12.2027;
- Role: Participation in a prestigious research project titled European Research Infrastructure on Semiconductor Chips [akronim: INFRACHIP].
Responsibilities in the Research Team:
- Supervising the correct and timely implementation of project tasks in accordance with the material and financial schedule;
- Coordinating the work of the team;
- Coordinating the work of experts providing technical/technological services;
- Cooperation with external and ecosystem partners;
- Reporting the results and effects of the programme to the Project Manager at PW;
- Resentation of the programme’s effects as part of communication/information activities;
- Providing support/advice to project participants/beneficiaries.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in social sciences or exact sciences, management or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in project implementation, including at least 2 years of international projects – preparing payment requests, substantive reports, support in project settlement, etc.;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Teamwork skills;
- English language at communicative level.
Recruitment Process:
- Document Review: Application documents will be reviewed by the recruitment committee.
- Interviews: Selected candidates will be invited for an in-person or remote interview.
- Evaluation: The committee will summarize findings, and results will be emailed to candidates and posted on the CEZAMAT website within 10 days of completing the recruitment process.

- Voluntary Provision of Data:
Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the recruitment process. - Purpose of Processing:
Your personal data will be processed solely for the recruitment process. - Your Rights:
You have the right to:- Access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.
- Object to data processing.
- Note: Since the processing basis is not consent, the right to data portability does not apply.
- Data Transfers:
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. - Data Sharing:
Your data may be shared with:- The Consortium Leader, the Managing Entity, or other entities authorized by law.
- Data Processors:
Entities performing processing-related tasks under the Controller’s mandate may access your data. - Automated Decision-Making:
The WUT does not employ automated decision-making or profiling regarding your personal data. - Retention Period:
Your data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and thereafter as necessary for legal claims or other statutory requirements. - Right to Complain:
If you believe the processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in Poland.
