Position title: Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least ten years of practical industry experience in fast-paced technology environments, strong knowledge of market best practices, and a proven track record in project and program management aligned with recognized methodologies, including PMP standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational and influencing skills, and a consistent record of delivering high-quality results on time.

In this role, you will act as the project owner with full accountability for achieving defined outcomes, while ensuring rigorous project monitoring, schedule and budget control, risk management, and effective coordination of cross-functional teams across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate takes full ownership, shows initiative, and thrives in environments requiring independence and sound judgment.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Acting as Project Owner / Project Manager for commercial and strategic projects and initiatives.
• End-to-end management of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, closure, and evaluation.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management plans.
• Ensuring timely and effective project delivery in line with defined objectives, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Implementing and applying project management standards aligned with market best practices and PMP methodology.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of project teams and stakeholders involved in project execution.
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks and issues, and initiating corrective and preventive actions.
• Preparing project reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborating with the Centre’s organizational units to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and their effective implementation.
• Contributing to the development of project management competencies within the organization and continuous improvement of project governance processes.

 

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in Project and/or Program Management within technology organizations and/or companies operating in international markets.
• Fluent English required for daily professional communication.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• High level of independence and proactivity in decision-making and execution.
• Experience in project and/or team leadership roles.
• Higher education degree (technical background preferred).
• MBA is a plus.
