Job Announcement:

position as research officer/specialist/junior specialist/research assistant in the project

„FD-SOI Pilot Line for Applications with embedded non-volatile Memories, RF, 3D integration and PMIC, to ensure European Sovereignty” (FAMES) funded by Horizon Europe Authorities under GA 101182279 and Ministry of Science and Higer Education Republic of Poland under GA No. MNiSW/2025/DIR/849

 

Location, Employment Form, and Conditions:

• Employment Type: employment contract (min. 0,5 FTE).
• Workplace: Warsaw University of Technology
• Contract Duration: Initial 3-month probation period, with a total contract duration of minimum 24 months, including the probationary period.
• Role: Participation in a research project titled „FD-SOI Pilot Line for Applications with embedded non-volatile Memories, RF, 3D integration and PMIC, to ensure European Sovereignty”

 

 Responsibilities in the Research Team

• Participation in the electrical characterization of RRAM devices
• Analysis of properties of RRAM devices
• Development of a concept of TRNG/PUF and/or in-memory computing demonstrators using the developed RRAM memory structure technology, and participation in the fabrication
• Electrical simulations of circuits based on RRAM devices
• Preparation of documentation, reports and publications/conference presentations

 

Requirements:

• Master of Science or above in Electrical Engineering or Physics
• Knowledge in semiconductor device physics, in particular, memory devices
• Experience in modelling and simulation of semiconductor devices and/or IC design will be an advantage
• Programming and data analysis skills
• Teamwork skills
• English language at a very good level

 

Recruitment Process:

• Document Review: Application documents will be reviewed by the recruitment committee.
• Interviews: Selected candidates will be invited for an in-person or remote interview.
• Evaluation: The committee will summarize findings, and results will be emailed to candidates and posted on the CEZAMAT website within 10 days of completing the recruitment process.
