IRA CENTERA 2 is continuation of IRA CENTERA realized from Aug 2017 to Dec 2023 in the Institute of Hight Pressure Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences.

Presently IRA FENG CENTERA2 is realized in Centre for Advanced Materials and Technologies, CEZAMAT at Warsaw University of Technology using the resources of the Laboratory of Terahertz Radiation (TeraGaN) a join venture of IHPP and CEZAMAT.

Research Challenges and Work Groups

Scientific challenge of CENTERA2 will be to push-up and complete the CENTERA actions by coveringall the steps in the ‘value chain’ Phenomena – Materials – Modelling – Devices & Systems necessaryfor successful exploitation of Terahertz field. These ‘value chain’ elements define the scientific activityorganisation – that will be based on four interacting Work Groups (WG’s).
