Position title: Senior Project Management Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Senior Project Management Specialist for commercial and strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, closure, and post-project evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management plans.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects in line with agreed objectives, scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Apply and promote project management standards aligned with industry best practices and the Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology.
  • Coordinate and supervise project teams and stakeholders involved in project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Centre’s organizational units to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively aligned and successfully implemented.
  • Contribute to the development of project management capabilities across the organization and support the continuous improvement of project management processes.

 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Project and/or Program Management, gained within technology organizations and/or companies operating in international markets.
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher), with the ability to use English confidently in day-to-day business communication.
  • Strong ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and make sound decisions.
  • Proven experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience working in English within a medium-sized or large global organization in a similar role.
