CEZAMAT WUT in the ICOS² Project to Strengthen Europe’s Semiconductor Ecosystem

The Centre for Advanced Materials and Technologies (CEZAMAT) at Warsaw University of Technology participates in the ICOS² – International Cooperation on Semiconductor Innovation and Supply Resilience project, funded under the Horizon Europe programme.
The project brings together 21 leading organisations representing industry, research institutions, and innovation stakeholders from across Europe. Its objective is to strengthen the resilience of Europe’s semiconductor value chain while fostering international cooperation in advanced semiconductor technologies.
As a consortium partner, CEZAMAT contributes its extensive expertise in micro- and nanoelectronics, photonics, nanotechnology, printed electronics, and advanced materials. Participation in ICOS² further strengthens CEZAMAT’s role within the European semiconductor ecosystem and expands its engagement in international research and innovation initiatives.
The ICOS² project will run from 2026 to 2029 and is funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe research and innovation programme.
