Project funding “Pilot Production Line for Printed Electronics for the Internet of Things and Wearable Electronics”
We are proud to announce that the Department of Printed Electronics, Textronics and Assembly from the CEZAMAT PW unit, together with the Faculty of Mechanical and Technological Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology, have received co-funding from the European Regional Development Fund for project No. FEMA.01.01-IP.01-09H1/25 entitled “Pilot Production Line for Printed Electronics for the Internet of Things and Wearable Electronics.”
The project was awarded funding with an exceptionally high scientific evaluation score of 92.73%, confirming its strong innovation potential and strategic importance for the development of modern technologies in the field of printed electronics.
The aim of the project is to launch a pilot technological line that will enable the transition from laboratory research to near-industrial conditions (TRL 7–9) in the areas of:
- printed and flexible electronics,
- textronics and wearable electronics,
- sensors and IoT systems,
- roll-to-roll technologies and low-cost manufacturing.
This is a crucial step that will allow the printed electronics team to “push” research results and innovations into the real world—shortening the path from idea and prototype to market implementation, spin-offs, and industrial collaboration!
The obtained support also confirms the strength of synergy between science, engineering, and industrial applications, as well as the enormous potential of teams developing printed electronics in Poland. We invite you to collaborate!
The project will be implemented under Priority I: “European Funds for a More Competitive and Smart Mazovia,” within the European Funds for Mazovia 2021–2027 programme, Action 1.1 “Research, development and innovation of enterprises.”
