The Center for Advanced Materials and Technology CEZAMAT WUT hosted the finale of the “Engineers for the Society” Tech-Athon 2023 event on the weekend of May 26-28. The event was organized by the Doctoral School WUT, the Innovation Center WUT and CEZAMAT WUT.

Our representatives participated in the 2nd International Photonic Job Fair. The event was part of the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” program implemented at the Warsaw University of Technology.

On May 9, 2023, the Center for Advanced Materials and Technologies CEZAMAT of the Warsaw University of Technology hosted a conference entitled “Science-Industry-Army. Common Defense Challenges”. The conference was related to discussing the challenges of cooperation between science and industry for defense purposes.

On April 4, 2023, a conference entitled “Challenges and opportunities for electronic and photonic ecosystems resulting from the EU Chips Act” was held at the Center for Advanced Materials and Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology CEZAMAT PW.

The Horizon Europe Project ERA_FABRIC “Framing And Bridging Regional research and Innovation ecosystems Capacities for a renewed ERA” had first official kick-off meeting on March 2-3 in Bologna, Italy.

On March 3, 2023, at the Center for Advanced Materials and Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology CEZAMAT WUT, we hosted a delegation of representatives of the Taiwanese scientific community from the National Taipei University of Technology.

The public presentation of the demonstrators prepared by the MedTech-Athon finalists – Demo Day took place on February 28, 2023!

On February 28, 2023 the First Working Session of NTMED Cluster was held at the Center for Advanced Materials and Technologies of the Warsaw University of Technology.

The 27th international µTAS 2023 conference is taking place for the first time in Poland in Katowice on 15-19.10.2023.

The Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek visited the Center for Advanced Materials and Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology (CEZAMAT). During the event, It was announced cooperation within the LiteBIRD project by the Secretary of the Copernicus Academy prof. Krzysztof Górski (NASA) and representing the Japanese Space Agency prof. Masashi Hazumi.
